02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
TalentPath is set up to identify talents/useful skills in any individual/group, and help the individual/group develop such talents/skills for their individual/group benefits and overall interest of humanity. TalentPath focuses on the advancement of education/relevant skill acquisitions, including software coding/Technology, ICT/Digital skills like Excel, Powerpoint, graphic designs etc, to enhance employability of individuals in the modern work place. We believe education and training are lifelong activities, hence, no age group is excluded from our programmes, though our key target are young person/youths, most especially minorities and vulnerable individual/groups in the society. We organise training events like coding/ICT courses. In the first quarter of 2023, our popular python coding/ICT training course ran for three months, unfortunately, it could not be sustained due to lack of funding. Other activities include career talks/seminars, partnerships with other charities.

The advancement of education, primarily but not exclusively among young Nigerians in software coding and technology in order to enhance their employment prospects and in furtherance of this by. 4.2 Provision of facilities and teaching in software coding and technology. 4.3 Working in partnership with other bodies to achieve the purposes. 4.4 To provide a platform for youths to acquire relevant skills to provide solutions to problems and challenges in their immediate environment and the world at large
