Constitutional objectives

The SCIO's purposes are to: - To advance citizenship and community development (including the advancement of rural regeneration). and - To advance the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life primarily for people who are residents of Balloch (Inverness) and neighbouring areas, in particular by managing and operating Balloch community hall and organising recreational activities (including, without limitation, those of an educational nature) within Balloch community hall.
