Constitutional objectives

1. The advancement of education Through our multi-disciplinary programme of events. encompassing panel discussions, documentary screenings, live performance and art exhibitions. 2. The advancement of citizenship and community development ÚNA strives to enhance community development by strengthening ties between members of the Latin American community in Glasgow with Scottish citizens. Our objective is to construct a welcoming community environment for Latin American migrants to Scotland as well as provide an opportunity for reciprocal cultural exchange between members of the Gaelic and Latin American communities. 3. The advancement of the arts, heritage and culture By tapping into the ancestral heritage of both the Gaelic and Latin American communities. 4. The promotion of equality and diversity Through highlighting the narratives and experiences of indigenous communities often marginalised from civic society. 5. The advancement of environmental protection and improvement Through engaging with the public on issues surrounding sustainability and environmental protection through our panel discussions and documentary screenings conducted by academics and researchers.
