What the charity exists to do
Our aim is to improve the facilities and amenities within the village of Glassford for all of its residents, to provide a community hub, access to services and leisure activities and a meeting space for the community. We manage the community garden and we organise events.

Constitutional objectives
4: The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of Glassford and surrounding houses and farms (the “Community”), with the following purposes (the “Purposes”): 4.1 The advancement of citizenship or community development (including rural or urban regeneration) through the provision of a community venue, improvement projects and information that will better enable those in Glassford to participate in community life 4.2 The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science, to improve awareness across the community of Glassford through events and through provision of information 4.3 The provision of recreational facilities, , or the organisation of recreational activities to improve amenities available to the community of Glassford and to promote community involvement
