What the charity exists to do
To develop, inspire and embrace a sustainable, vibrant future for the Tomintoul and Glenlivet area.

Constitutional objectives
The company has been formed to benefit the communities of Tomintoul and Glenlivet which comprise of all the postcode units within postcode sector AB37 9 ('the Community') with the following objects: i. The advancement of citizenship and community development. ii. The advancement of the arts, heritage and culture. iii. The provision of recreational facilities or/and the organisation of recreation activities. But such that the company shall do so following principles of sustainable development.
