02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The charity is set up to raise disciples of Christ Jesus of all nations - teaching, baptizing in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. In the course of doing this, the charity provide spiritual support to the lonely, the needy, vulnerable, the poor and those marginalised in the community. We have offer discipleship classes for anyone seeking to grow in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We walk alongside families and individuals in hardships, providing practical and spiritual encouragement. We create a safe, nurturing environment where children are loved, valued and taught to grow in the knowledge of the Holy Bible. In the Govan community, we provide a monthly safe gathering space where people, local and statutory authorities can connect, and discuss communal issues.

Constitutional objectives
4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 to propagate the advancement of the religion by: 4.1.1 the preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people in the local communities in Edinburgh and Glasgow 4.1.2 establishing of congregations for worship 4.1.3 holding of regular and special meetings to organise programs to foster community service and unity within the local environment 4.1.4 the printing and distribution of materials about the gospel of Jesus Christ 4.1.5 the administration of an Evangelical, Pentecostal and Christian practises 4.1.6 working with other charitable organisations involved in Christian work
