4 The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended primarily by: 4.2 promoting the benefits of, and participation in martial arts, primarily Choi Kwang Do International Martial Art within the area of benefit as define, but not limited to, clause 5 4.3 providing access to martial arts training regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race or religious beliefs and subject to basic safety requirements. age and physical or mental impairment. 4.4 promoting health, wellbeing and a more active lifestyle through regular club activity and training in martial arts
