4.1 the advancement of citizenship or community development by supporting other community based organisations in response to local needs, inspiring residents and young people in the community and offering volunteering opportunities which will help to relieve need, advance health, well-being, education, employability, aspiration and community cohesion. and. 4.2 the advancement of arts, heritage, cultural or science by preserving, for the benefit of the general public the historical, architectural and constructional heritage that may exist in and around the Community in buildings.
