Constitutional objectives

4 The organisation is formed for the benefit of people living near, visiting, attending or subscribing to services provided by the organisation in the local authority of Moray and surrounding areas (the community). The organisation will own, rent, lease or hire and manage an arts hub. from where people learn, study, train, practise, organise, provide, promote and manage performances, productions, recitals, exhibitions, concerts, lectures, demonstrations, publications, competitions and performances of all arts including dance, music, drama, literature, film, fine art, lighting, sound mixing, recording and all other activities conducive to being performed for public benefit in theatres, halls, schools, stadia or other premises and outdoor places or alternatively made into broadcasts or recordings (the purpose), providing the activities fit with the sub-clauses hereto: 4.1 the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science. 4.2 the advancement of education. 4.3 the provision of recreational facilities or the organisation of recreational activities. and 4.4 the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.
