02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Our charity is dedicated to improving employability and life opportunities for individuals, particularly those who are neurodiverse or face barriers to work. We achieve this by delivering tailored training and employability programmes, and one-to-one support that builds confidence, skills, and independence. Music is a key engagement tool through our Musical Experience Programme, a four-week course where participants share life stories through music, guided by professional musicians to create original songs. This approach boosts confidence, teamwork, and well-being while encouraging self-expression. Combined with employability training and pathways, our creative courses inspire and empower individuals to gain skills, confidence, and a positive outlook on their future.
