02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Professional Events: Online workshops and information sessions, academic talks and seminars, free psychological help during difficult times in the education process, and psychological support through external organisations with special offers for members. Social Events: Student reception, annual student orientation gathering for new students, concerts, art workshops, events with notable figures, trips and city walks, coffee meetups, networking day, and national holiday celebrations. Publications: First Step in Scotland by ATAS, the Annual Review Brochure, and a science magazine.

Constitutional objectives

(c) To provide support to Turkish Societies in Scottish Universities.
