What the charity exists to do

Space is established for the following purposes: (i) the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture and science, together with citizenship and community development through promoting discussion and understanding of Scotland’s architecture and design in developing local communities. (ii) the advancement of education, with a particular focus on architecture in Edinburgh and further throughout Scotland, encouraging and providing opportunities for members of the public to take an active part in consultations regarding development of their communities. and. (iii) the advancement of environmental improvement, focusing on the promotion of low carbon developments in Scottish communities.
