What the charity exists to do

Jonathan Miller BEM and his named Charity seeks to continue its good works particularly with end of life organisations throughout central Scotland in addition to supporting and funding care and support to vulnerable children and adults.

Constitutional objectives

4.1.1 to prevent or relieve poverty by providing funding for care and support to vulnerable children and adults, primarily based in the West of Scotland but also across the UK, with the aim of improving the quality of life for those in poverty and suffering from acute illness. and 4.1.2 to relieve those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage by seeking to improve the lives of those suffering from old age, ill-health or any other disadvantage, in particular children and those requiring end of life care. 4.2The organisation shall have the power to advance any of the above purposes or objects by the giving of grants or loans or the provision of credit or other forms of assistance, financial or otherwise, to persons undertaking projects, initiatives and/or activities which further any of the above purposes or objects and which are wholly charitable within the meaning of the Taxes Acts and section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
