Run For Heroes promotes the advancement of health and wellbeing and the advancement of public participation in sport. It's objects is to promote health and well-being by encouraging public participation in exercise through organised campaigns. promote greater social and community inclusion by actively encouraging involvement in exercise. promote and encourage fundraising for health and wellbeing initiatives. and provide funding and support to organisations and initiatives aligned with Run For Heroes Charitable Purposes, for example, those focused on: general health and wellbeing in the UK or elsewhere. amateur and youth charities within the UK or elsewhere. and/or otherwise affiliated with the NHS. and disability and mental health in the UK.

Constitutional objectives
2. The Company is incorporated for charitable objects and purposes only, with the intention of providing public benefit in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, and in particular the Company is established to promote the advancement of health and wellbeing and the advancement of public participation in sport. In furthering its objects the Company will: 2.1 promote health and well-being by encouraging public participation in exercise through organised campaigns. 2.2 promote greater social and community inclusion by actively encouraging involvement in exercise. 2.3 promote and encourage fundraising for health and wellbeing initiatives. and 2.4 provide funding and support to organisations and initiatives aligned with the Company's Charitable Purposes, for example, those focused on: 2.4.1 general health and wellbeing in the United Kingdom or elsewhere. 2.4.2 amateur and youth charities within the United Kingdom or elsewhere. 2.4.3 and/or otherwise affiliated with the United Kingdom's National Health Service. and 2.4.4 disability and mental health in the United Kingdom or elsewhere. 3. The Company may (subject to first obtaining the consent of OSCR) add to, remove or alter the statement of the Company's Charitable Purposes in article 2. on any occasion when it does so, it must give notice to the registrar of companies and the amendment will not be effective until that notice is registered on the Registrar of Companies.
