4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 the organisation is devoting to establish a bridge between China and UK, for the purpose of the following: 4.2 the advancement of education for Chinese who are living in UK, about how to manage their welfare, health, 4.3 the advancement of Chinese community development, particularly for new immigrants. 4.4 the integration of the arts, heritage, culture or science between China and UK. 4.5 the advancement of human rights, conflict resolution or reconciliation, 4.6 the promotion of religious or racial harmony in the societies. 4.7 the promotion of equality and diversity of Chinese people in UK 4.8 the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantages
