4 The company has been formed to benefit the community of Croy and Kilsyth in North Lanarkshire (see attached area map at end of this document) ('the Community') with the following objects: (1) The advancement of community development (including the advancement of urban regeneration) within the community. (1) the prevention or relief of poverty (2) the advancement of health (3) the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science 4) the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreation activities But only to the extent that the above purposes are consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development.
