02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Founded in 2021, the Stenhousemuir FC Community Foundation is the official charity arm of Stenhousemuir Football Club. As a SCIO (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation – SC050782), we’re both a social enterprise and a charity. This means profits from our activities, including our popular community football coaching programmes, are reinvested to support and deliver impactful initiatives within Stenhousemuir and Larbert. Our mission is to Energise the Community, striving to make a positive difference in every household across Stenhousemuir and Larbert. We focus on three key areas: Community Health, Community Help, and Community Wealth-building. We achieve this by leveraging the power of football to deliver innovative programmes in Football, Community Development, and Education & Employability, all designed to create lasting positive change. We are welcoming, accessible, and work collaboratively with partners to ensure Ochilview Park is safe, enjoyable, and vibrant.
