What the charity exists to do

Provide grant support to members of the Armed Forces and Merchant Navy as well as encouranging young people (esp. females) into STEM careers mainly through donations to other charities supporting the same.

Constitutional objectives

3.1 For the purposes of benefitting the public and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of that purpose through (1) the advancement of education, particularly but not limited to the support of females in the area of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), (2) the advancement of environmental protection or improvement, (3) the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage who are current members of the armed forces or the Merchant Navy or who are veterans of the armed forces or former members of the Merchant Navy, (4) the advancement of science and (5) the promotion of equality and diversity. or 3.2 For the benefit of such one or more Charity or Charities as the Trustees in their uncontrolled discretion may decide. or 3.3 For the implementation or assistance in implementing any Charitable Purpose or purposes as the Trustees in their uncontrolled discretion may decide.
