02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Our charity provides affordable gymnastics for our local community. We keep fees low to ensure everyone, especially in our deprived area, can access high-quality sessions. We do this by relying on dedicated volunteers, seeking grants, and fundraising to cover costs like equipment, making gymnastics accessible to all children regardless of their family's income. We deliver gymnastics session from our facility to over 150 members(ages 6 months-16 years old), across the year including provision of Easter and Summer Camps. We also provide a volunteer pathway for our gymnasts in order to encourage them to continue in the sport and become coaches themselves. We also have successful competitive squads across two and four piece apparatus. As a charity we aim to break even and keep our fees as low as possible to make this affordable to local families.
