What the charity exists to do

Lochview Rural Training provides practical, hands-on training and support for individuals seeking to develop skills in rural, agricultural, and environmental work. We aim to improve employability, confidence, and wellbeing through meaningful outdoor learning experiences. Our programmes include training in animal care, horticulture, land management, and countryside skills, delivered in an inclusive and supportive environment. We work with people of all abilities, particularly those facing barriers to employment or education, helping them gain accredited qualifications, build life skills, and contribute positively to their communities and the rural economy.
