4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of education by offering advice, support and activities that promote and sustain positive behaviour change, learning and development to those who suffer from (or are at risk of suffering from) poor mental health. 4.2 The advancement of health by offering activities and programs that promote and sustain good mental and physical health through participation in sporting and social activities. 4.3 The advancement of public participation in sport by creating, promoting and funding programs that support participation for in sporting activities for those who suffer from (or are at risk of suffering from) poor mental health. 4.4 The organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life by offering activities that allow people suffering from (or are at risk of suffering from) poor mental health the opportunity participate in leisure and social activities.
