4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 to further the advancement of the education of young people aged 12-25 who live, work, or study within the boundaries of Glasgow City Council by providing a platform for the sharing of ideas that will enhance the lives of Glasgow's young people, and for democratic representation and participation. 4.2 to further the advancement of citizenship and community development amongst young people aged 12-25 that live, work, or study within the boundaries of Glasgow City Council by providing a platform for young people's civic engagement, as well as a platform that will enable young people to give back to their local communities.
