Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purposes are to raise and dispense funds for the supply of sensory equipment to children with special needs/complex needs, within the United Kingdom. Nothing in this Constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the SSCIO for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005].
