4 The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of religion by acquiring a large Menorah and by organising an annual communal Chanukah celebration and lighting of the Menorah at or in the vicinity of Clarkston Toll for the Jewish community and the general public, the event to include having prayers, talks and readings, having food provided and money being raised for other deserving charities: 4.2 The promotion of religious and racial harmony by involving the leaders and members of other religions, faith groups and races in taking part in the annual communal Chanukah celebration detailed in clause 4.1.
