02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Our charity, CMAAP, is a UK-registered organisation dedicated to supporting children in deprived communities across Africa. We focus on improving access to basic needs, education, and wellbeing for young people who face significant financial and social challenges. We do this by providing direct support to schools and families. Recently, we donated over ?90,000 (equivalent to £86) to a school in Nigeria to help children from low-income homes. Our support includes supplying sanitary pads, offering school grants, and helping ensure children can learn with dignity and without disruption. Through community partnerships and targeted assistance, we aim to give every child a fair chance at education and a brighter future.
