The Trustees of the Paisley Art Institute SC000840 (PAI) have been involved in protracted negotiations to clarify ownership of elements of its Art Collection and to have the Collection valued. This is progressing but, after legal guidance, the Trustees do not consider that PAI is yet in a position to consider the winding up of PAI and the subsequent transfer of assets to Paisley Art Institute (SCIO).
