What the charity exists to do
The charity is dedicated to saving lives by delivering suicide prevention programmes and counselling services. It supports individuals experiencing mental health challenges, by engaging young people in sporting activities that promote focus, connection and wellbeing. The charity also offers a variety of therapy sessions to its beneficiaries. In addition, the organisation advances education by providing training for parents, guardians and others, equipping them with practical knowledge and preventative strategies that help reduce the risk of suicide and empower them to manage difficult personal situations.
