What the charity exists to do
The Kirkcaldy Community Football Partnership SCIO aims and is set up to create, manage and operate a Community Football Club that: • Is open and maximises footballing opportunities for all in a safe environment. • Meets the long-term footballing and sporting needs of the local community. • Engages the volunteer base. • Is relevant to the wider community. • Is financially sustainable. and • Incorporates the highest level of corporate governance. achieved by • Working with and through local football clubs and like-minded organisations in ongoing development of a Community Football Hub through which it designs and progresses community programmes and facilities providing a central focus for developing participation in football within the Kirkcaldy catchment area to help strengthen community belonginess and wellbeing. delivering upon four key outcomes > Raising sporting achievement. > Creating progressive pathways > Building healthier lifestyles. > Bringing communities together.
