What the charity exists to do
The charity is established to advance education in rural life, agriculture, and related skills within the local and wider community. It achieves this through the organisation of community, educational, and social events throughout the year, including the annual agricultural show held in June. The show promotes the exhibition and improvement of livestock, rural crafts, and traditional and modern countryside skills, with the aim of encouraging public participation, increasing understanding of farming and rural heritage, and fostering community engagement in rural activities.

To bring the local and rural communities together by a range of cultural and historical events including the annual Kilbarchan Show.
