(1) The advancement of education of children who live in the slums of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, by the provision of sponsorship and grants to such children so that they can go to school, get education and qualifications to enable them to have more opportunities and a better future.' (2) Such charitable purposes for the benefit of people living in the slums of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, as are exclusively charitable according to the laws of England and Wales as the trustees may from time to time determine.'
