Constitutional objectives

Trust Income 3.1 Subject to the Powers over Capital below, the Trustees shall pay or apply the annual net income of the Trust Fund to the following Charities and in the following proportions, but only if the annual net income is FOUR THOUSAND POUNDS (£4,000) STERLING or more:- 3.1.1 a five per cent share (5%) thereof to SEAGULL TRUST CRUISES of Two Russel Street, Falkirk (Registered Charity Number: SC027163), 3.1.2 a five per cent share (5%) thereof to ST VINCENT?S CHAPEL STOCKBRIDGE, of Twenty-four Colville Place, Edinburgh (Registered Charity Number: SC023274), on the condition that they continue to use the 1929 Scottish Liturgy not less than three times per calendar month every calendar year. in the event that the said St Vincent's Chapel does not use the 1929 Scottish Liturgy not less than three times per calendar month every calendar year, then the Trustees shall pay or apply the said five per cent share (5%) thereof to any congregation within the Scottish Episcopal Diocese of Edinburgh (and preferably within the City of Edinburgh) that uses the 1929 Scottish Liturgy as its principal means of worship, as to all of which the Trustees shall have sole discretion to decide, 3.1.3 a ten per cent share (10%) thereof to THE NATIONAL TRUST of Heelis, Kemble Drive, Swindon (Registered Charity Number: 205846), 3.1.4 a five per cent share (5%) thereof to CAMPAIGN TO PROTECT RURAL ENGLAND of Europoint House, Five-Eleven Lavington Street, London (Registered Charity Number: 1089685), 3.1.5 a ten per cent share (10%) thereof to THE LYNTON AND BARNSTAPLE RAILWAY TRUST of Ten Castle Heights, Lynton (Registered Charity Number: 1082564), 3.1.6 a ten per cent share (10%) thereof to THE GROUDLE GLEN RAILWAY COMPANY LTD of Millmount, Wheel Hill, Laxey, Isle of Man (Registered Charity Number: 1117), 3.1.7 a five per cent share (5%) thereof to THE RAILWAY PRESERVATION SOCIETY OF IRELAND of Castleview Road, Whitehead, County Antrim (Registered Charity Number: 20010447), 3.1.8 a five per cent share (5%) thereof to THE SOUTH SLIGO SUMMER SCHOOL of Tubbercurry, County Sligo, 3.1.9 a ten per cent share (10%) thereof to national and international tree-planting charities, all of which shall be selected at the sole discretion of my Trustees, Maximum text exceeded.
