What the charity exists to do
We are a membership-based community development charity with a mission to improve our village of Fallin and the quality of life for people living here. Our goals are to help improve the health and well being of people in Fallin, reduce poverty and social isolation, and improve community resilience to climate change and other issues beyond our village that still affect us. Examples of things we are aiming to deliver over the next three years include: - Running free annual Summer family fun days - Organising annual Christmas lights displays - Running periodic food hubs - Supporting development of Strathcarron’s Snowdrop Cafe - Running annual Fallin Community Hero Awards - Establishing a climate and food focussed community garden - Organising installation of a children’s outdoor bike track
