02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

We are a friendly church on the east side of Inverness who are committed to following after Jesustogether. This is in our DNA as a church. We are a gathering of people from all ages and stages oflife. Culloden-Balloch is an evangelical church which means that the gospel is at the heart ofeverything we do. We are also an independent church meaning that the church is governed locally and therefore does and will continue to have a local flavour. Balloch, Inverness and theHighlands is our home and we want to love and serve the people that live in this area. We believethat God’s love can transform lives and therefore communities, and we want to see thathappening in the place that we live. As Christians, we share the common belief in the good newsof Jesus. We carry out a wide programme of services and activities for all ages and work closelywith our community.
