Constitutional objectives
The objects of the charity are: 1. To advance the Christian religion including, but without limitation, by publishing magazines and other literature which draw upon and are inspired by the life and example of Saint Anthony. and 2. To further such other purposes which may be charitable according to the law of England and Wales as the trustees see fit from time to time, in each case, in sympathy with the ethics and teaching of Saint Anthony of Padua, Italy. Nothing in this objects clause shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
