Constitutional objectives
4 The Foundation’s purpose is to advance public participation in sport, specifically youth rugby in the Highland Rugby Club catchment area (Inverness and environs) with dedicated focus on involvement and inclusion. And in furtherance will: Provide equality of opportunity where financial access may be a barrier for some young players. Provide growth opportunities for youth rugby players, either individually or collectively as teams. Provide support to assist youth players to compete at national level. Support to embrace boys and girls at all age groups.
