What the charity exists to do

5 The Organisation's main purpose is consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development. The Organisation's Purposes are: 5.1 The advancement of public participation in sport through the provision of opportunities for people living in the community, to be involved either through volunteering, employability or playing of various sports 5.2 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended 5.3 The advancement of citizenship or community development 5.4 The promotion of equality and diversity in everything we do providing equal opportunities irrespective of age, gender, ability and ethnicity. To remove barriers by being open and offering opportunities to all to volunteer and participate
