Constitutional objectives
The SCIO will promote, advance and further Charitable purposes by operating as a grant-giving charity and will be empowered to advance, further and support all purposes set out in section 7 of the 2005 Act in so far as consistent with recognition as a charity or charitable for the purposes of the Taxes Acts and to do so in Glasgow, Scotland, the UK and beyond.
