02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

We aim to help provide the best possible sporting facilities for our community. Whilst football is the only sport currently offered, we aim to ensure that new facilities will accommodate others and thereby offer opportunities for our players to also participate in a wide range of sports. Our main focus currently is a floodlit 3G pitch to accommodate our growing numbers, some of whom are having to train outwith the town. We provide sporting opportunities for all young people in Whitburn and the surrounding area at minimal cost whilst also ensuring we are fully inclusive. We supply SFA approved training courses to assist our volunteers in their first aid, admin and coaching pathways, all for the benefit of our young players.
