Constitutional objectives
The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objectives are: To save our seas. through getting children (age 5-16) together, to educate about, raise awareness of, and confront the issues which threaten our marine environment. To support education about marine protection and conservation locally, regionally and globally and facilitate community engagement in the issues. The area within which the organisation shall operate (in this constitution referred to as the 'Area of Benefit') shall be THE EAST OF SCOTLAND The organisation shall promote (but not promote exclusively) its activities and delivery operations to children (age 5-16) within the 'Area of Benefit' who may otherwise be restricted from accessing such activities. These children will be the organisation's beneficiaries.
