What the charity exists to do

NEBEM aims to promote equality, diversity, knowledge and mutual understanding between different racial groups. The organisation’s purposes are: 1 the promotion of equality and diversity 2 the advancement of education 3 the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage We are a registered not-for profit organisation. Membership is open to any individual aged 16 or over who is of a black ethnic minority and any member of the wider community irrespective of race who wants to associate with the charity. The charity is based in Aberdeen.
