Constitutional objectives
4. The organisation's purposes are: 4.1. To provide a quality teaching and learning experience in a unique family-like environment with full inclusivity and accessibility. Both in and out of school. 4.2. To nurture our young people's talents, develop key transferable communication and social skills, and to promote self-expression through encouraging them to step outside of their comfort zone in a safe and judgement-free environment. 4.3. To give insight into the life of a working performer and the dance and performing arts industry. With our classes and workshops delivered by professionally qualified working dancers and coaches, regardless of the young people's long- term career goals, their experiences and skills will be honed to be invaluable in any future workplace or university/college application. 4.4. To signpost individuals and families to local support groups and networks that we work in association with and others which possibly be of help.
