02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We are set up to raise funds to support researchers in Scotland find a cure for Parkinson's. We do this through our town centre Charity Shop, selling good quality goods donated by the public. From these premises, and via social media, we work tirelessly to raise the awareness of Parkinson's within the local community and further afield. We also support people living with Parkinson's by offering an informal listening ear and provide informative literature provided by Parkinson's UK for anyone to take.
