4 The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 to provide. support and promote wellbeing to individuals, giving them the opportunity to cope with and recover from issues that affect their mental health and well-being, working primarily to reduce the isolation caused by depression and prevent suicide. 4.2 to provide. a network of peer-to-peer support groups offering a safe and welcoming environment for individuals to come together and realise there are other options. 4.3 to signpost to and provide. access to counselling, therapy, workshops and activities to provide relief of issues that affect mental health and wellbeing, and encouraging a reduction in isolation through socialising.
