02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We deliver 2 Food Larder sessions per week. We provide good quality, nourishing food for a very low cost. We work with partners in the community to encourage people to access the larder and other essential services which will enable people to deal with other issues they may have, such as benefit help, health and housing issues. We promote environmental issues by using Fareshare produce, day after produce from local businesses and provide fresh fruit and veg from community gardens and local allotments.
