What the charity exists to do
The Charity was set up to acquire the old Cottage Theatre in Cumbernauld by Community Asset Transfer, to provide a community space within Kildrum for the benefit of Cumbernauld residents

Constitutional objectives
4 The Organisation has been formed for the public benefit of the community of Kildrum, Cumbernauld as defined by the area served by Kildrum Community Council ('the Community'), with the Purposes listed below ('the Purposes'), to be exercised following the principles of sustainable development (where sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs). 4.1 The advancement of citizenship or community development 4.2 The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture, or science 4.3 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational facilities
