02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The charity is set up to provide and up to date and well maintained building for the use of the inhabitants of the local and wider community. The hall is used for recreational activities or the organisation of recreational facilities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the people whom the facility or activities are intended. The trustees and committee meet regularly to make sure the building and car park are kept in a good and clean condition and meet all statutory requirements. Regular activities are arranged as well as bookings taken from outside agencies and individuals for use of the hall.
