Constitutional objectives

Purposes 4 The organisation's purposes are: (a) the prevention or relief of poverty, and (b) the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. in each case with a particular focus on people who are experiencing financial hardship, and/or are experiencing significant challenges in finding sustainable employment and/or are unemployed (?the beneficiaries?). in particular, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, by: 4.1 Establishing and supporting projects which employ beneficiaries so that they might gain training and employment experience. 4.2 Providing and encouraging provision of facilities for the support and personal development of beneficiaries, and other people who support beneficiaries. 4.3 Helping beneficiaries to live as rightful members of their communities and to encourage and support contact, friendship and integration between them and their wider communities. and 4.4 Promoting, establishing, operating and/or supporting other similar schemes and projects which further the above objects for the benefit of the public.
