02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

a) raising awareness of Frame Running across communities and in particular with sport, education and health organisations b) increasing Frame Running participation in recreation and competition across Scotland. This may include organising events. c) supporting the development of Frame Running at international, national, club and individual levels d) supporting national (within Scotland) Frame Running startups/activities/come & trys where possible. e) fundraising to support the activities a, b, c and d above.

  • the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended

Constitutional objectives

The organisation will further the following charitable purposes: the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage (including relief given by the provision of accommodation or care) the advancement of public participation in sport (and sport means sport which involves physical skill and exertion) the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended by 4.1 raising awareness of Frame Running across communities and in particular with sport, education and health organisations 4.2 increasing Frame Running participation in recreation and competition across Scotland. This may include organising events. 4.3 supporting the development of Frame Running at international, national, club and individual levels 4.4 supporting national (within Scotland) Frame Running startups/activities/come & trys where possible. 4.5 fundraising to support the activities under clauses 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4.
