02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We lend donated formal wear enable teenagers and young people from ages 16 to 26 years, in our targeted localities of Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire, to attend those important milestone events (like Prom and Graduation) where lack of funding would be a barrier, or who would prefer a more sustainable approach than one-time wear outfits.

Constitutional objectives
Purposes 4 The organisation?s purposes are: (a) The relief of those in need by reason of age, financial hardship, other disadvantage or multiple disadvantages Specifically by providing assistance to eliminate or reduce the disadvantage by facilitating access to suitable clothing, accessories and/or subsidised tickets for teenagers and young adults (16-26) who have the opportunity to attend formal events, and for whom cost is a barrier to their participation. (b) Services will be provided for public benefit by the following activities: (a) fundraising to purchase and make ready for use clothing and accessories to gift to beneficiaries, and subsidising ticket costs (b) seeking donations of clothing and accessories, and sponsorship of tickets in their entirety (c) partnering with local authorities, schools and other educational establishments and referring organisations to facilitate awareness of our services to potential beneficiaries who are 16-26 years old and may be in need of access to appropriate clothing (d) being a sustainable organisation, flexing existing relationships and building new ones with local charity and retail clothing shops: enabling collection, re-use and recycling of clothing and accessories to avoid waste and landfill. (e) delivering services to self-identifying users via a confidential appointment allowing beneficiaries to have a special and unique experience while choosing their outfit.
