02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Fox & Friends aims to boost mental health and wellbeing through accessible activities, events, practical support and opportunities for people to connect. We provide support to children, families and individuals of all ages, with a strong focus on early intervention – helping people before difficulties reach crisis point. However, we are also there for people when crisis does happen, providing practical and emotional support when it is needed most. Our support extends beyond normal hub opening hours, with round-the-clock contact available for those who need us. Through our Community Hub, food support, groups, activities and partnership working, we aim to reduce isolation, remove barriers to accessing help and create a safe, welcoming community where nobody has to struggle alone.
